Dr. Edgar Rodriguez, also known as Dr. EROD, is recognized as a leader in sports medicine and performance fields. He specializes in soft tissue and joint-related injuries, rehabilitation, and immediate pain-relief. Dr. EROD’s program is designed to reduce the risks of overuse injuries while maximizing athletic potential.

Dr, EROD’s education includes being an NCAA football and track and field athlete at the University of La Verne where he conducted original research in the field of Movement and Sports Science. In 2015, he graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) and was the Dr. Lestor McCoy Clinical Excellence award recipient. While at SCUHS, he completed his clinical rotation at the University of Southern California (USC) and provided hands-on workshops for the Dental Ergonomics Club at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. Additionally, he founded Rehab 2 Performance and worked closely with the Sports Medicine residency program. In 2016, he was awarded a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner credential and Diplomate by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

Dr. EROD is currently an adjunct professor for the kinesiology department at the University of La Verne, and Sports Medicine and Fitness Educator at the Huntington Park Institute of Applied Medicine (HPIAM). While HPIAM, Dr. EROD has written grants to build a state-of-the-art Human Performance Lab, as well as, partnerships with UCLA Health’s Sound Body Sound Mind, and USC’s Physician Assistant Pipeline program.

In his free time, Dr. EROD enjoys the outdoors, exercising, and spending quality time with his daughter, Natalia.
